Q: Are there any Foods to stay away from prior to the test?
A: There are no dietary restrictions.

Q: Do I need to stop taking my medication when I take this test?
A: There are no medication restrictions so you can continue to take your medication.

Q: I received 2 tubes, am I to put one sample into both tubes?
A: No, use one tube per stool sample. Note: When 2 samples are requested please make sure they are 2 consecutive samples. (This means it could happen that both samples are taken the same day or might be two days a part.)

Q: What is my Medical Record Number?
A: Use Date of Birth if a Medical Record Number is not available. For our newly designed tube label, we have replaced Medical Record Number with Date of Birth for your convenience based on user feedback.

Q: Why did my Hemosure iFOBt Kit come with 2 Collection Papers?
A: The 2nd paper is there just in case you need it as a back up.

A: No, once it falls into the toilet it is contaminated.

A: No, you are to probe 6 different sites and return to the tube after the 6th probe.
